I got the deluxe apartment, it was wonderful and spotless. A work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and a satellite TV worked well and the bed was comfortable. The location offered was nice close to the Pyramids of Giza in the distance, mall of arabia and mall misr and restuarants.
Some of the staff were poorly trained.

The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location very close to Pyramids, Mall and supermarkets for what we wanted it for. We had a separate bedroom.
Definitely, there was cleaning staff missing.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was great, close to the Pyramids and other attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Parking was easy and transportation was accessible.
